PRM1 is a special type of capacitive acoustic testing microphone that can accurately reproduce the sound characteristics of a room. Often used in conjunction with audio analysis tools such as real-time analyzers (RTAs) and spectrometers. It has full directionality and exhibits linear frequency response between 20Hz and 20kHz, so it does not produce acoustic coloration.
